Note: If you want to simply run the current version, double click the downloaded jar file. May require Java 1.5.
A jar file is nothing more than a zip file, so you should be able to extract the source code if you change the file extension from “jar” to “zip”.
About
Virtual Grandpa is a tamagotchi-like simulator in which you are able to control your own, mini “Virtual Grandpa.” This is a project with alot of potential, but due to lack of time and fading interest, development has ceased. Check it out, it works with any Java-Enabled Browser. If you'd like to help me finish it, drop me a line.
